In this e-book, I go over the substances that I think would be of most help to the hypodopaminergic phenotype of neuropsychiatric disorders (specifically anhedonia, treatment-resistantdepression/anxiety, PSSD, DPDR and ADHD). A lot of pharmacological concepts are explained in sufficient detail.

NOTE: none of this is medical advice. These are mainly my notes I’ve written after years of research. Some of the stuff mentioned in this guide are experimental and are marked as such.
It is NOT advisable to dabble with nootropics until you first adopt a healthy lifestyle first by getting your gut, immune system, blood levels, hormones in the best shape possible, and adopt a healthy diet (including drinking filtered rather than unfiltered water). This is mostly intended for the treatment-resistant type although some of the advice here can work for healthy people who want a bit of a boost. You just have to know what you are doing.
Remember to also get thyroidand blood panels done. Ideally test for all vitamins, minerals and hormones but if you can’t get your doctor to refer you for those tests, then get lab tests done yourself at a Spectracell lab or order an Idealabs kit (easiest and cheapest method).
You can also stack hepatoprotectors like black seed oil, NAC, TUDCA, Na-R-ALA/R-ALA, curcumin(with bioperineideally), schisandraand/or milk thistleto reduce burden on the liver and protect from any hepatotoxic chemicals (including ones in your food). Safety note - never take TUDCA before alcohol as the combo is very toxic to the liver; and never take NAC after alcohol as the combo is, once again, toxic.
